Climb High Hassle Free Returns

Free Returns:

At Climb High we believe online shopping should be quick, easy and convenient.  This should also be true for returns, that is why we offer free and easy returns on all non-climbing gear. This only applies to orders with the US, not international orders.    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply initiate Return Authorization (account required) and we will provide you with a prepaid return label along with a return product form.  Returns received within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund (products must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached), after 30-days you can return products for an exchange or store credit.  All returns must be initiated within 365-days of purchase.

*** Climbing Gear**** is not eligible for returns.  This is due to the safety concerns of potentially used, damaged, or tampered equipment.  As we cannot resell any climbing gear that leaves our facility, we do not accept any returns on climbing gear.  Shoes are eligible for returns.

Exchanges:

Our inventory changes daily, to guarantee the color and size of your exchange we recommend you initiate a new purchase and we will ship right away.  Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund, credit, or ship out the exchange.

Our return service is offered via the USPS mail service so you can drop off at any Post Office, official mail receptacle, or schedule a pickup.

Self Service Return/Exchange Instructions (account required):

1)  Click - Initiate Return - You will be prompted to log in to your account.  See below instructions if you didn't create an account with your order.

2) Select the order you want to return product from

3) For the product(s) you want to return. Select quantity, reason, and write any comments you would like to add.  Click Submit.

4) Click "Print Return Product Form", you will then be prompted to read and accept our conditions.

5) Click the "I agree" box, and the "Submit" button.

6) Print the RMA pdf, and we will email you a prepaid return label.


Return Instructions for Customers Without Accounts:

1) Click - Initiate Return - You will be prompted to create an account and add the order number of which you need to return/exchange items from.

2) Include your Order Number, items you are returning and any comments you would like to add

3) We will respond within 24-hours (weekdays) with your Return Authorization form and mailing label.

4) Select the order you want to return product from

5) For the product(s) you want to return. Select quantity, reason, and write any comments you would like to add.  Click Submit.

6) Click "Print Return Product Form", you will then be prompted to read and accept our conditions.

7) Click the "I agree" box, and the "Submit" button.

8) Print the RMA pdf, and we will email you a prepaid return label.

 

Refunds:

Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 72-hours.  Please note credit card companies can take upto 10 business days to credit your account.  If you need additional information from us regarding your refund, please contact us.
