We are a small shop and do not have the staff necessary to list and answer our phone number on line (too many marketing calls). However, if you wish to speak to us please email us with your number and we will call you as soon as we can.
Customer service is available Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm Eastern Time. Most requests and issues will be resolved the same day, however please be patient.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, Climb High will accept returns for a full refund including shipping costs within 30-days of purchase. The product must be in new condition with all tags attached, original packaging that the item was in, and sales receipt. Items in “new condition” returned after 30-days or without a sales receipt will receive store credit. Please contact us for return instructions.
Please note: All Climbing Equipment purchases are final. We do not accept any Returns as we cannot certify the safety of the equipment. Climbing shoes are considered footwear and are eligible for returns.
Our inventory changes daily. To expedite an exchange, first place a new order for the item or items you want. Then mail the unwanted item or items back for a refund or credit.
