Excellent, breathable and durable "eVent" Ski and mountaineering jacket Review by Kevin
I purchased this jacket to replace my old North Face Gortex Guide jacket that I've had for several years. My family and I went to Vermont skiing before Christmas 2013, and it rained for the three days before Christmas...miserable, hypothermic conditions...and after looking in many of the ski shops in Stowe...I ran into someone with a Westcomb jacket. I did some research online and narrowed my choice to Westcomb and another brand ...and after considerable reviews I settled on the Revenant jacket, which I purchased through "Climb High" (Great service and quick delivery). I skied the rest of the 2013-2014 season with it. Great jacket with many outstanding features listed...it really does breathe / vent moisture well. I just ordered the Mirage Jacket with eVent 560 in a different color as an additional ski / outdoor coat for 2014. (Posted on 9/29/14)

I did some research online and narrowed my choice to Westcomb and Arc'Teryx...and after considerable reviews I settled on the Revenant jacket, which I purchased through "Climb High" (Great service and quick delivery). I skied the rest of the 2013-2014 season with it. Great jacket with many outstanding features listed...it really does breath / vent moisture well. No regrets with this coat...have had many Gortex jackets in the past. I just ordered the Mirage Jacket with eVent 560 in a different color as an additional ski / outdoor coat for 2014.
