Climb High will only ship within the United States. Climb High calculates the shipping rates by your location, the weight of the product(s) and the size of the shipment. We use both UPS and U.S. Postal Service (USPS). During checkout, select the appropriate shipping service: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail, Free USPS Shipping. You will then see the correct shipping costs and any taxes (When shipping to a Vermont address).
Please Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO locations. For these addresses, please select USPS Priority Mail.Transit times for the different shipping options.

Shop with confidence, FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, Climb High will accept returns for a full refund including shipping costs within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in new condition with all tags, packaging, and sales receipt. Items in “new condition” returned after 30 days or without a sales receipt will receive store credit. Please contact us for return instructions.
Please note: All Climbing Equipment purchases are final. We do not accept any returns as we cannot certify the safety of the equipment.
